原标题:手机拍照,五分钟测出农药残留 通过微信小程序拍照,5分钟便可同时完成多种化学农药残留的检测,检测结果直接显示在手机上,检测数据可实时上传分享。中国农科院日前宣布,该院农业质量标准与检测技术研究所“农业化学污染物残留检测及行为研究创新团队”,经过多年研发,在农药多残留快速检测技术上获此重要突破。该项技术还可拓展应用于兽药残留、真菌毒素、违禁添加物、环境污染物的检测及过敏原检测、病原体靶标筛查诊断,如新冠病毒检测试纸结果判读。 团队首席、中国农科院质标所教授王静介绍,我国目前允许使用的化学农药有500多种。针对市场监测中常见的农药种类,团队基于免疫层析试纸条和人工智能图像识别算法,已研制成功吡虫啉、克百威、戊唑醇、啶虫脒、腐霉利、毒死蜱、多菌灵等农药的胶体金快速检测试纸条,对试纸条加工参数进行了标准化,并使用条形码标识每一种试纸条身份,配套研制出了可用于图像识别的多通道试纸条搭载平台;开发出基于图像识别的智能化试纸条读取软件,可以做到试纸条图像识别、截取、纠偏、分析和结果判定同时进行;在此基础上,团队开发了微信应用小程序,经测试,目前主要品牌智能手机均可用于胶体金试纸条检测结果的半定量判定,且不同光源条件影响较小。检测系统的准确性与专业试纸条读卡仪基本一致,整体系统已可应用于实际检测。检测系统软件已获得国家软件著作权登记。 (责编:赵超、吕骞)
