Yu Chengdong: Huawei P40 is equipped with HMS, and Hongmeng system can use mobile phones and watches in the future

On August 7, Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei’s consumer business, said in his speech at the 2020 summit of China’s 100 people’s Conference on information technology that Huawei’s Hongmeng operating system can span all devices, including watches, bracelets, headphones, mobile phones, PCs, tablets, and all future IOT devices. However, Yu Chengdong disclosed that Huawei’s P40 mobile phones were fully equipped with HMS when they were sold globally. “Huawei’s application market is one of the three largest application markets in the world. We hope to be able to carry Chinese applications, global applications and global ecology.” Yu Chengdong said that Huawei has tens of thousands of applications in terms of ecology, with monthly living volume exceeding 520 million, and the growth rate is very fast.
